This shop specializes in "Zunda Mochi," a traditional dish of mochi rice cakes coated with edamame beans. Edamame, the young, yellow soybeans before they ripen, are packed with nutrients. The sticky and chewy mochi are made by carefully pounding selected glutinous rice.
