This restaurant, run by Fisherman Japan, an organization of fishermen and fishmongers in Miyagi, serves Sanriku oysters and seafood bowls. Because it's directly managed by the producers, it's not only delicious, but each dish is imbued with care and a story. They also offer dishes made with seafood that has received MSC and ASC international certifications, a mark of sustainable seafood, as well as halal soy sauce. They deliver Sanriku's wonderful seafood to people all over the world from Sendai Airport, Tohoku's gateway to the world.
