Dashiro has six stores in Miyagi Prefecture, each offering a wide variety of ramen made with their own unique "dashi" (broth). It's a highly popular ramen restaurant, having been featured in a global gourmet guidebook (Miyagi edition) and consistently ranking highly on local television and in ramen rankings in various magazines.
At Dashiro GoLD (Gold), you can taste three of the signature "dashi" varieties from each store.
When you're departing from Sendai Airport, be sure to enjoy a bowl of their signature ramen, made with carefully selected ingredients.
