Miyagi’s specialty, “ox tongue,” one of the most popular souvenirs from Tohoku, is soft and juicy in spite of its thickness. Dishes served at restaurants can also be enjoyed easily at home. Our offerings cover a wide variety. Why don’t you find your favorite? In addition, we recommend cream cheese made from the raw milk of the cows raised in the rich natural surroundings at the foot of Mt. Zao. Seasonally limited products are also offered; so make sure to check when visiting the shop.
